Anyone who knows me knows, my roots are found on a farm. Having grown up spending so much time on my grandparents 100 year old, dairy farm, I find myself at home with the sounds and smells of a farm (yes!! even the smells!!) So when I had the opportunity to combine my love for farms with my passion for photography it was an instant success.

This is also just another example to show that although a gorgeous and scenic location is fun to work with….an experienced photographer can make just about any location work. When talking with D about shooting her session on their farm, she was really nervous and wondered if it was a “good” enough location?  I’m so glad we went with it for the meaning these photos will have for them in years to come.

Thank you so much D for working with me. I very much look forward to shooting your wedding….whenever that might be! XO

I will never go back to charging for E- sessions for my booked clients. And I actually get a little annoyed when I can’t shoot an E-session for my wedding couple for some off reason….not really because I understand circumstance happen BUT…the results of shooting an E-session are so great!

Here’s part one of Caitlan and Garrett….Their Portsmouth, New Hampshire engagement session. I think this might have been my all time favorite e-session!!
