Here’s another favorite from 2009. I don’t think I ever got a chance to post about how fun this wedding was in Cape Elizabeth at the Inn by the Sea. The brides family was from another country (sorry Zuzana, I can’t quite remember) so they were not able to make the wedding (they were there via skype though). So instead of her father walking her down the aisle, James’ dog Jake did the honors. Everyone was wearing a smile when they saw them walking down the isle together. Jake has since pasted away (he was quite old at the time.) RIP sweet Jake. I’m so happy that your owners have these adorable pictures of you being the “step in father of the bride!”
Then he didn’t stress out over the family portraits at all!
