Tomorrow marks the start of my 2011 wedding season…let the craziness begin!
It’s an amazing job that I have. I am honored to be photographing families on their most precious and memorable days. What great faith they give to me! It’s something I don’t take lightly. Nor do I think lightly of the many great sacrifices others make to allow me to do this wonderful job…
To my mother in law who will fill every moment of care for my children that we need her to fill. Without her love and support I could never do what I do. Thank you Ellie!
To my family members, my sister in laws, my niece, and the random others who will help here and there to watch over my boys when we need them, thank you so much!
To my boys… my three beautiful, spirit filled boys who who fill me with joy…I love you with all my heart. I will be thinking of you every moment that I am away on the long 12+ hour days. I know that you will be playing with Daddy, riding your bikes and exploring the world while I am away. I will be watching mothers dance with their sons and that’s when I’ll be dreaming of dancing with each of you one day…and I’ll cry a little, because I always do. You are growing too fast and though it’s very hard for me to be away on these long days I will be thankful for the many, many days that this job gives me to home with you, doing all the mommy things that I do.
But above all else, to my husband Dennis…You are my very best friend. Your love and support and constant good humor keep me strong. I will never forget that you believed in me and gave me the strength to believe in myself. Thank you for picking up the slack during this crazy time you are the very best husband and daddy ever. I love you always. I will text you even though I know you won’t text me back:-) Enjoy your “guy time” with the three amazing men we are raising.
To my clients…your wedding is more then just a job to me. Capturing your love and celebration is my passion and I will do it with every fiber of my creative being. I will show up to each of your special days bursting with excitement and I will give you the best that I have to give, from the first click of my shutter to the last blast of my flash.
