Working with the wedding party for portraits is super fun. By the time we get our time together, the ceremony is over and everyone is usually ready for a good time. It can sometimes be like herding rowdy beasts but over the years I’ve learned a few tricks to get them all to cooperate and make the best use of our time.
This summers beautiful Portland, Maine wedding of Stacy and Kevin was an excellent example of the fun we can have during the bridal party portraits. Thanks to Stacy’s amazing planning and time management we were able to visit three locations during our time. A big thanks to the party being very well behaved..no rowdy beasts in this bunch although a few of them kept us laughing the whole time.
The key to great planning for portraits like this is to allow extra time.
Thanks Stacy and Kevin..it was a blast!

Thanks to the many vendors who made this wedding perfect! Flowers by Salt Marsh Flowers out of Massachusetts. The cake was compliments of Eva Geiger from Dish Cafe. The trolley was from Portland Discovery. The entertainment was a fantastic band out of Portland called The Waiters. And the whole event was coordinated by The Black Tie Company.
